Recollections

Letting in the Light were commissioned by Staffordshire Moorlands District Council to collaborate with older members of Cheadle community and students from Painsley High School to create two series of silk banners and two video projections that hold conversations, images and memories of Cheadle past and present.

The work was temporarily exhibited in St Giles RC Church and St Giles the Abbott Church in Cheadle and then at Painsley High School. This was a Market Towns Initiative Project with joint funding from West Midlands Arts and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council.
